A little something for the ones who like concrete fitness and a solid workout. Check out these mad video’s! It’s Parkour! Free running, urban running and a bit of Wushu. Parkour, derived from the french word ‘parcour’, is not for the faint-hearted. Enjoy. |

Thanks for your post tjen!!
Skillful madmen these guys from 3run.
Are there any parkour events you know of?
I don’t know any parkour activities in the region yet, but I sometimes jump over fences, tiles and obstacles myself.
By the way, Wushu is a martial arts form. Most people who practice parkour (and are good at it) usually have a gymnastics and/or martial arts background.
I am currently actively participating in Parkour, and a little freerunning (it is important to keep them different, freerunning has tricks, Parkour is pure movement) Parkour takes more than just fitness commitment, it is a mental challenge to force yourself to try something new and then master it, go to PKAus to find out some parkour tips and pics!
Thanks for your response Clik!
Looks like a healthy parkour scene in Australia.
Keep up the good work!
